My work has always centered on how children and families function under pressure.
I began in investigative child protection, witnessing the impact of stress and overwhelm firsthand.
From there, I worked as a counselor in Waldorf and Montessori schools, supporting children and parents through emotional and developmental challenges.
As a mother, I homeschooled my own children — bringing this work into daily life, where parenting actually happens.
Over time, my work expanded into leadership development, supporting individuals and teams in more than 34 countries.
Across all of these experiences, one thing became clear: How we function in moments of pressure, how we regulate, think, and respond, shapes everything.
It is our inner calm, clarity and composure that creates the environment for our children.
This process brings that understanding into a simple, practical format so you can begin to shift how you show up in the moments that matter most.
